With a new month means new local real estate market conditions in El Paso County, Colorado. Average Days On Market With just over 900 existing single family homes for sale in El Paso County, the inventory is low. I hope that you are having a fantastic start to 2017. The 2016 real estate market proved to be one for the record books and I wanted to share with you a summary of the Colorado Springs Real Estate Market. A combination of historic low mortgage rates, historic low inventory, and record demand generated a wave of home buying and selling activity that we have not seen in over a decade.  Colorado Springs Real Estate 2016 was a great year, but we have even higher hopes for 2017. What do they really mean, though, and what impact can they have on you as your try to buy or sell your home in Colorado Springs ?
