Black Forest
Just minutes from the north end of Colorado Springs is the Black Forest. This area offers a combination of dense pine forest and wide open rolling grassland areas. Certain parts of Black Forest offer stunning views of “Pikes Peak” and the Front Range. Characterized by mostly 5 acre and larger lots housing styles run the gamut from log cabins to contemporary homes and sprawling mansions. The area abounds in wildlife. Many of the properties are zoned for horses.

Briargate
Briargate is a master planned community located in the northern part of Colorado Springs, just east of the Air Force Academy. This popular area features great views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. Briargate is home to a wide range of amenities from shopping, dining & offices. It is a great place to work, play and live. When families outgrow a Briargate home, they often stay in Briargate.

Central Colorado Springs
With the silhouette of Pikes Peak in the backdrop, Downtown Colorado Springs has a small-town feel but with big city amenities. Residents of the Downtown area enjoy a wide range of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and parks. This is a great area for those looking for convenience and amenities in a character-rich urban setting. East

This is one of the few areas close to Colorado Springs that offers equestrian communities, equestrian facilities, and riding easements. Falcon is a rapidly growing area, with new dining and shopping options every day.

Northeast
The Northeast communities offer a good combination of affordability and convenience. The wide range of amenities found in this area makes it a favorite for busy individuals and families. This is a popular area with a wide range of housing types, businesses, schools, and shopping.
