Colorado Springs is a great place to live for many reasons. As a Colorado Springs native, I take great pride in presenting our beautiful city to newcomers. One of the best things about Colorado Springs is that we take every holiday to the next level, and 4th of July is no different. Check out some of the MUST-ATTEND local events taking place for 4th of July!

Pikes Peak Area 4th of July Events

Monument/Tri-Lakes:
The Tri-Lakes 4th of July celebration is a full day of festivities for the whole family. At the Street Fair (8:00 am to 3:00 pm) you will enjoy favorite festival foods, arts and crafts merchants, family-friendly beer garden in Limbach Park until 6:00 pm. There will be musicians performing in the park from 12:00 to 6:00 pm. The day begins with a pancake breakfast at 7:00 am at St. Peter Catholic Church. A 4-mile Fun Run begins at 7:00 am at the Palmer Lake Santa Fe Trailhead and ends in Monument in time for the parades. A children's parade begins at 9:30 am, followed by the main parade at 10:00 am. Fireworks over Palmer Lake begin at Dusk.

Rockledge Ranch:
Make Rock Ledge Ranch your tradition for Independence Day! The Historic Homes will be open. Witness a re-enactment of a Revolutionary War Encampment and hear the Declaration of Independence. Honest Abe will read the Gettysburg address. Visitors can also meet George Washington, General William Jackson Palmer, Teddy Roosevelt, and Katherine Lee Bates while patriotic brass band music resonates throughout the site!

Colorado Springs:
Celebrate our great country's independence at the spectacular 4th of July Celebration at Memorial Park featuring the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra performance.

Woodland Park:
Symphony Above the Clouds Taking place every July 5th in beautiful Woodland Park Colorado, the Symphony Above the Clouds is an amazing celebration combining live symphony music, fireworks, and the cannons of Fort Carson. Symphony Above the Clouds is about providing family friendly, cost free entertainment, which builds community in Teller County!
